our bodies are vessels animated by mind spirit and soul
our very nature is that of duality
with our physical urges and needs at war with our spiritual
use of chi whether controlled or instinctive is merely a
use of a portion of our power a part that is rarely used
as we literally live in the realm of the physical and as
such have our limitations imposed on us
Our bodies are both an intermingling and combination of body, soul (mind, will, and emotions), and spirit. The soul being the seat of the personality, is expressed through the vehicles of body with the physical world and spirit with the spiritual world. In that sense, I suppose it is duality, so I certainly don't disagree there. Our physical needs can be, but are not necessarily at war with our spiritual, as much as they are simply desires which must be brought into submission (as paul talks about beating his body into submission) - much like breaking a horse, at which point power under control becomes fruitful and constructive, as opposed to unfocused, chaotic, and destructive.

No. Nothing is really 'against the Bible', but the Bible indicates the things that displease or please God. The Bible generally teaches that man should be buried and not cremated.
Ho Chi Minh helped the US and allies during WWII against the Japanese who were occupying Indo-China. When Japan left, France returned, and Ho Chi Minh led the Communist Vietnamese forces against the French forces. When France left, the US entered the country, and Ho Chi Minh fought the US.
