I can say from my personal experience, it is not a bad idea but in fact one of the better things that i have done. I originally started using it on my face and body back in high school when i was suffering from a moderate case of acne (read: average, though of course i thought it was the worst in the world at the time) regardless, i started using head and shoulders for everything hair, body, face and my acne pretty much disappeared. I do get an occasional pimple but then again so do supermodels who spend thousands of dollars a year on skincare products.
