Yes, a white or off-white discharge is perfectly normal.

Vaginal discharge changes throughout the menstrual cycle - this can include changes in colour, texture, and amount - typically you will see a stretchy clear discharge around a week leading up to ovulation and then after ovulation leading up to menstruation you'll see thicker white discharge. You can also see brown or pink discharge leading up to or directly after menstruation, also mid-cycle.

As long as discharge isn't green or grey, have an unusual texture such as very watery or clumpy like cottage cheese, or have a bad scent such as fishy or like yeast, then you're likely fine.

Vaginal discharge is usually cloudy, or a white color to clear. After it has dried, it is normal to have a yellow tint to it.
