CC RiderOr..See See Rider, also known as C.C. Rider or See See Rider Blues or Easy Rider.
While the song title uses CC Rider, it was actually the line See See Rider. The song uses mostly traditional blues lyrics to tell the story of an unfaithful lover, commonly called an easy rider: "See see rider, see what you have done," making a play on the word see and the sound of easy.

What world do you think this is? This is EARTH, and dragon riders NEVER existed. Not to be rude, but seriously, do you believe that there were really dragon riders like thousands of years ago or something? Or are you asking about genre? I mean does this sound like nonfiction? Have you even read Eragon? I mean if you haven't then I would understand but C'MON! How can this be like science fiction or historical fiction or anything but fiction/fantasy. Sorry of I'm being rude, I'm sorry. :)
"The Phantom Rider" is a work of fiction and not a true story. It is a book from the Haunted Teacher series, which features supernatural elements and is not based on real events.
