Yes. There are lots of things in Sesame Street that children would not realise are funny, like skits on famous people or stereotypes. Adults would notice these things. Sesame Street has been around for a long time, so for some adults it is a part of their childhood that they like to see again. Sesame Street is made by adults. So for these and other reasons, while it is mainly for children, adults can watch and enjoy Sesame Street.

I'm not sure exactly how many adults watch Power Rangers but I am guessing it is not very likely that an adult would be watching it, unless they are watching it with their children.
