no. there is water in blood. there is water in ocular fluid, semen, saliva, lymph fluids, phlegm, or any bodily fluid. none of it is passed by blood but, by glands that produce and secrete these fluids. study the lymphatic system or the endocrine system for example to better understand how these systems work.
