Physical change. It is still wax, and can be uncarved by being melted and recast. Chemical changes cannot be undone without applying energy.

Clearly a physical change, as it is fully reversible. The wax can be remelted and then resolidified repeatedly, and so no chemical change has occurred. If the wax has only one molecular species (equal molecular sizes) it will probably form crystals on solidification.

Waxing a floor is a physical change. It only changes to texture of the floor not the make-up. It is still a wood floor.

Hope this helps, you must have a sixth grader!
