Underwear is not a 'compulsory' item of clothing, but it may be appropriate depending on the situation. For example, lounging around the house, or a really hot day, you may choose not to wear underwear for comfort. However, going out somewhere or some sports, underwear may be a good choice.
Underwear also has the benefit of reducing irritation from your trousers; providing a 'safe zone', should your trousers become loose and fall down for whatever reason, and also helps keep your trousers cleaner, as the underwear forms a barrier between your body and your clothes.
Of course, some people never wear underwear no-matter what they do.
Breathable.
Unfortunately, the only way i managed to stop my sister from wearing my underwear was to move out!
No.........
No. If you do not know how babies are made you should not be fooling around at all...
Some people are more comfortable not wearing underwear.

no
It means that they are not wearing any underwear
If she is wearing a dress and no underwear, yes. If she has underwear on, no? so basically if you have no underwear on your screwed? and you have a 50% chance?
because it is more appropriate then wearing no underwear
No of course not! Underwear wasn't invented until the late 1880's and 2000 years ago Greco-Roman togas were used without underwear. Wearing underwear under a toga defeats the purpose of wearing a toga. A toga provides loose coverage and a feeling of freedom. Try wearing a toga with and without underwear and decide which feels better.
It is not strictly - necessary - it is only convention.
