Rumor has it that people in jail, when they were asking for.... a sexual partner they "sagged" their pants to let other inmates know.
I was just told by an officer last night that it came from inmates a long time ago. if you wore your pants right, it was you were not available, if you wore it down below their butt it was they are available. I guess people wanted to pretend they were in prison or when they got out of prison they kept doing it and others copied. So to all of you men who wear your pants around your butt/below your butt, are you saying your available to other guys?
Only if two of them are wearing pants.
yes its public nudity
you get pantsed by someone pulling your pants down
I wear my pants down low cause it fells nice looks nice and sexy :) and it is just cool when i see antoher people with and i can see there pants I smile! It is just nice! Ifr you mean wearing your pants so everyone can see you underwear; then it is a style coming from death row were the inmates used(i do not know if this is still the case) to have their shoe laces belts and any other string or rope like objects confiscated so they could not hang themselves thus their pants fell down.
I'm wearing a pair of grey, fleece pants (I'm home for the night!)and they are four years old. 132 years they have been passed down through the family
wearing ones pants around the hips so that they sag down and bunch up around the ankles. Originally, this was a prison thing that signified that you were another prisoner's property. Punks were forced to wear their pants this way so it would be easier for their masters to pull their pants down and rape them. Somehow this became a 1990's fashion trend. I learned this from watching a TV special on prison life. The inmate who related the story was an elderly black gentleman who had been sentenced to life in prison and had been there for over fifty years. He marveled how such a mark of shame became a fashion statement. He said that younger inmates don't believe him when he tells them but swears it's the truth. I believed him. I also think they should let him out already, he's like 80 and I don't think he represents a threat to society.
do a come back!
Yes, suspenders are a good idea for those whose pants tend to fall down. But if he doesn't like wearing them, I don't see an issue if a 3-year-old's pants slide down a bit.
wear briefs.be different. people shouldn't be looking down your pants anyways.
Obviously. Like someone may see or smell it and tell everyone or pull your pants down especially if your wet or messy.
You don't yank their pants down.
