losing weight to rapidly is a signal to get medical attention. if you are losing 1or2 pounds every couple of weeks and are dieting this is a good weight lossand once to reach that weight add a little sometime in a snack break at work or home. if you continue to still lose weight seek medical help there are many diseases that cause weight loss your doctor will be able to give you some tests to determine the reason for your continued loss.

Natural ways are still the most recommended methods for losing weight as they are proven safe compared to pills and surgical methods.
