Rumors about such things go around from time to time about various sites, but it's doubtful that they are true if the insinuation is that the CIA-Mossad set up and control Wikipedia or similar sites. What is true is that they have the same access to Wikipedia and other sites as the normal person does, both to edit and to get information.
