There is no specific list of 'safe' Alcoholic Beverages specific to Diabetes. Any alcoholic drinks are safe, in moderation, and with factoring the type of drink, amount, and amount of sugars in the drink into your overall diabetic diet plan. The person who is diabetic can virtually have most any foods and drinks (such as colas) that everyone else can have, but in much smaller quantities and always using utmost moderation in those foods or drinks which are high in fructrose.
Any alcohol in moderation aslong as you know your limits and dont binge drink check your blood sugar before and after you go out and you'll be fine :)

No because any I have come across have a high sugar content mostly from added sugar
Vegetables are good for you ... just keep track of your total carbohydrates and your blood sugar will be OK.
While Whisky is good for tooth pain its not good for diabetics as any alcohol isn't good for a diabetic, its okay to have once in a while but isn't good for if you want to get drunk or a little merry off of it. As diabetics drink they forget to eat although alcohol has sugar in it as your drinking and not eating your body isn't getting any carbohydrates throughout the time that your not drinking your sugars will drop and you can go into a hypo or even diabetic coma hope this helps :)
I think its good for diabetics.
Is it like an open beer? Then no. But if it is like rum or whiskey, then it is OK. If the rum is mixed with a fruit juice, then no. But if the mix is a soda pop, it is OK. But it will be flat and taste bad.
