You see, because you cant download crap while youre playing on XBL, your 360 gives you the option of downloading all the crap you want it to while youre no on it, so when you turn your console off, it keeps running on minimal power while it DLs your stuff. The easiest way to check if your console is doing this, besides looking in your settings, is to look at the power ring on your 360 when its off. If you can hear it kinda running still, and the power symbol flashes every couple of seconds, then is download your stuff for you. Its great for stuff like Map Packs that you dont want to wait for.
