Undoubtedly, Yadav's are superior and a way better than any other caste. First, they're Ancient vedic Kshatriyas which even in manuscript you can see. Second, it's a big clan where you can find yaduvanshi rajputs, ahir, gop etc. They all belongs to the YADAVA CLAN. And they had numerous of kingdoms and forts but the fact is according to time they lost their supermacy and also because of curse. In addition to, even today they're still fighting with each other to prove themselves as pure or real yadav but the fact they all belongs to one Race. People think coz of reservations they should be below then any other caste but the truth is OBC isn't a caste it's a class and it is provided because there were socially & education backward not because they're sudra or anything. Such as each caste is having reservation according to place so same as yadav but it doesn't mean that they're not kshatriyas. Moreover, some lower caste people started using name of yadav as their surname to gain society respect but doesn't mean they belong to it. Rest, other caste such as gujjar or jaat/jatt they're just outsiders they are still confused about their roots, sometimes they say they belong to shiv sometimes they say they have the same branch of yadavs. But no harsh feelings for them. But do not try to compete with YADAV'S . They're still far away from your range. Rajput is royal class not a caste each and every clan has their royalty or kings for them modern people started using as royal to rajput or rao. But yadava were already high and royal community do not mix them coz of their occupation. According to time people try to get involved in farming & peasants work. So stop it now.

An answer here stating that some shudra cunningly mixed their population in Jat community and become jat.How is this logical even .. because 1):-Why they did not change their surname as well ,as changing surname is easy than changing cast. 2):-Its never that easy to change the cast status for a community to other one, because the real cast can never let them do so that easily...and won't accept them..Even they won't marry their children with the community that is fake and not real. 3):-IN western up Rajora gotra also found in dalit...like GAUTAM gotra found in BRAHMAN and both....and chauhan gotra is found in JAT and RAJPUT cast.So it's very common of getting one surename in two different cast communities. SO OVERALL if someone with surname RAJORA is Jat he/she is Jat..and not hiding his cast., because accepting who u r is the first step towards living a peaceful life.
