Brother, Im 99% sure your urine doesnt hold your DNA. Its an inorganic waste passed out by your body. However, it might contain something or other like a skin cell . But to answer your original question, seeing as urine doesnt contain DNA, I doubt they test it. Too expensive and time costly. So your off the hook if you give someone your urine, or vice versa. But if you admit to someone you did theyll prolly be upset.

Yes, he could be tampering with the testing materials, or someone else may be. However, there is no benefit to be gained by anyone doing so. Odds are, the Probation Office is using the cheapest testing materials they can find.

No, LSD will not show up on a 5 panel urinalysis screening. LSD can however be tested for specifically through a lab test although it is rarely ever tested for. Unless your probation officer suspects you are on LSD you are highly unlikely to be tested for it and furthermore LSD gets out of your system within 3 days.
If someone is on probation and they get drug tested once a month if they smoke the day they get the drug test but after will the next one show that you smoked if the next test is a month later?
In all likelihood not, but I wouldn't gamble with it simply to get high once.
