Yellow or slightly greenish discharge is a sign it's infected. Never use peroxide on a piercing. it's way too harsh. I would recommend either using H2Ocean sea salt spray, or Wound Wash. They are both made for piercings and i use H2Ocean on all of my piercings and none of them have been really infected. I purchased H2Ocean at Hot Topic, but you can probably find similar products at a tattoo/piercing shop.

I'd go check with your piercer before you go to the doctor. The piercer wont charge you anything to just check out your piercing.
