Hamsters die of old age but another very common type of death for a hamster is stress. If a hamster has to much stress, they will get a disease called wet tail. In a few days, they will die. Also, hamsters have weak hearts so scaring a hamster is not a good idea eithar because they have heart attacks.
if your hamster starts to lay about to much then i would suggest to take your hamster to the vet.i have dealt with this problem before because my best friends hamster recently died.what happened first was that her hamster frenchie started to lay down alot and she did not notice this.another thing to prevent your hamster from dying is keep the cage high above dogs and cats.they will knock the cage over and put your hamster into shock.so when you leave your room always prevent anyway your dog or cat could get on the room.
bad breeder probably. they are supposed to live up to three years if kept healthy. i have had mine for almost a year and he is just fine. maybe you just got a bad pick of the litter or something.
Hamsters can die from many things, just like human beings, or any living thing. They can catch many diseases & viruses. Just keep her/him healthy and hope for the best. They're no different from and other living creature, if they dont have the proper care, they will die.
because they have to thatz how life and there life works
depends on symptoms
my sisters hamster had pnemonia
mine'll die of old age soon
wet tail
stuff like that sorry i don't know much.
your hampster hates you and it commited suicide!
Be more specific. It depends on a lot of things. It might have been born weak, might have been underfed, or had some kind of illness, for example.
There is lots like, Syrian, Chinese dwarf hamster, Campbells dwarf hamster, Robo dwarf hamster, Russian hamster. My favorite, is the blueberry campbells dwarf hamster and the Syrian hamster. They are the sweetest and easy to hold. NOT THE ROBO"S!!!

Yes you can give most hamsters baths, but there are a few very important rules. . Make sure the water is not to warm and not to cold. . don't fill up the sink (or what ever thing your giving your hamster a bath in) to high. . If your hamster can not swim (usually hamsters will swim) then take them out of the bath imidietly because it might drown.
Robo hamsters very rarely bite, although they are very difficult to catch and hold. They will jump out of your hands from any height and will run and hide to avoid being caught. Despite their skittish nature, they are not generally aggressive. I have never even been nipped by my robo.
There is no clear cut way to tell what age a hamster is, you can only generalize by the size your hamster is. A hamster is fully grown at 6 months of age, and any fully grown hamster in a pet store is usually not more then 1 year old, usually 6-8 months.
The smallest hamster is a robo hamster.
Robo hamsters are robo hamsters, they can be about 2 inches long on average, and stay robo hamsters.
No difference- a robo hamster IS a hamster!
well, the robo hamster species can grow up to 4 inches
