other than the fact that you have to dragon types it sounds good. it really would depend on the move sets and stats that your Pokemon have though. for in game though, any team of level 100 will own everything.

thats a really good team. dragonite has extra attack, rhydon has extra attack, snorlax has high attack and HP, sadly, raichu doesn't have any extra stats, blastoise doesn't have any extra stats either, and hitmonlee has extra attack. so you have a attack team, thats an AMAZING team!

ur team is pretty good, especially for a new team. U have a nice variety of types andso it will give an advantage against gym leaders of different types and also it will be good against the elite four. The only thing is that u should try work on ur leafeon, because it would be of great help.
