It depends on the conservation method used. If it had been properly cured and sored in a sealed recipient (usually a jar), it should be OK. However a year should be the maximum storage time.
If you need long time storage, you should consider making hash.
yes why not cause weed never goes bad so go and smoke it all
There are still many states, including Texas that think weed is wrong, even though a good majority of people use it. Until it is made legal for recreational use, all of those people using weed are breaking the law.
Weed knife
WeedX is a great weed block and is fairly cheap too.
If it is only a year old there should be an expiration date. Otherwise I would not use it.

you can use nutmeg mixed with catnip / not as good and you need to smoke a few but in all it should work
Look on youtube for Homemade Water Bong, VERY easy to make VERY good to smoke out of.. doesnt use alot of weed and you get really high off one hit.
depends on what stuff you use and how much. for 1gram joint of $5 a gram weed: $1825 a year for 1gram joint of $20 a gram weed: $7300 a year
Weed is not directly linked to any medical problems. HOWEVER smoking joints is not good for, nor is smoking out of a can. The safest way to toke up is to use a bowl.
