Selection, not so great as they are mostly older movies. Streaming is great when paired with the PS3. We have not had any "choppy" parts, though if you try to stream on your PC and PS3 at the same time it will take a while to load.
I have not had any problems with the streaming, the selection is not always great but if you find the gems, it can be worth it. ie the whole Office series is on there.
