Yes, it is advisable, for two reasons:
1). In most states, it is the law.
2). In a data base of many thousands of car crashes, it became obvious that drivers and
passengers who wore seat belts died less often and suffered less serious injuries than
their counterparts in other crashes who didn't wear seat belts.
Yes, it is advisable to use seat belts even in older cars that did not originally come with them, as they significantly enhance safety during a crash. Many jurisdictions have laws requiring seat belts in all vehicles, regardless of their age. Retrofitting a vehicle with seat belts can help protect passengers and reduce the risk of injury. Always check local regulations and consider the safety benefits.
No type of glue should be used on seat belts.

Seat belts and common sense.
Seat belts became mandatory in the state of Georgia on July 1, 1988. This law required all front-seat passengers to wear seat belts while the vehicle was in motion. Since then, Georgia has implemented additional regulations to enhance seat belt use and improve road safety.
Actually the seats will fit inside the camaro but you wont have any seat belts. The seat belts in a coupe are mounted in the roof and the seat belts in a convertible are mounted on the sides of the seats. so the seat will fit but you will have to buy some seat belts or use your old ones. The back seats should have no problems tho. I have a 2002 Camaro.
