No. Everywhere on the Antarctic continent, there is at least one day with no sunrise. At its extreme, at the South Pole, there is only one sunrise each year.

Antarctica has no actual permanent human residents. Most of the temporary population is made up of scientists. The rest are tourists. So most of the permanent residents in Antarctica wear their tuxedos year round and enjoy eating fish.

Well, if one season was the same forever, we would all probably die. In places like Florida and California in the US, where I live, it is warm all year round, but it is still sometimes cold. In places like Antarctica, for example, the weather is the same all year, cold. Necessarily, no place on earth has the same season that stays forever, more like one type of main weather, which feels like the same season all year round. Well, if one season was the same forever, then plants wouldn't be able to grow properly as well. I think nothing happens! Two examples of one season remaining same throughout are: 1) in the polar regions the season remains almost at the same temperature. Similarly in the equatorial regions the change in seasons (particularly in temperature) remains almost same. You can compare the temperature changes in the coastal and inland stations.
Presumably snow, but in places like Antarctica they have snow and ice year round. Therefore, I am unsure about the exact answer to this question, but I stick with snow.
There are no houses in Antarctica.
Antarctica is a polar climate.
