If a person becomes pregnant while using Implanon, there is a higher risk that they could have an ectopic pregnancy. If you're having pregnancy symptoms, you should call your doctor as soon as possible.

Don't worry, I have the same symptoms as well. I have been using Implanon for almost a year now and about every couple of months I skip a period and my breasts get very tender. I have had a few scares but never got pregnant. I guess you can say that I am use to feeling like that every now and then. I believe Implanon is very effective. I know it can seem like your pregnant but it is highly unlikely. If you are still worried about it, talk to your doctor. I hope I was able to help in anyway.

Yes, you can. Although, when you think about it, a missed period IS a symptom. I am about 6 months pregnant and have had absolutely NO symptoms. So, you should take a test just to make sure. Good luck.

It could be a miscarriage, or the test was wrong.
