Ive been sick for 4 days throwing up and getting dizzy and then i started my period 4 days early could that mean im pregnant?

if you go to your doctor and have them give a test you would know...it can mean that your body is weird...um it might be possible i never had that problem when i got pregnant i didnt have morning sickness or anything like that...
