Ive just brought suzuki rm 125 99-00 model it starts fine but runs a bit fast if you leave it for a minute it starts revving out of control please help?

It sounds like there is a vacuum leak between the carberator and the motor. Or you have a leaking seal in the motor somewhere, i would bet on the crank seals or head,base gasket... good luck, i hope you haven't damaged your engine by over reving it yet...
