Ive tried Cymbalta Celexa and now Effexor XR and Im still unhappyany suggestions?

Keep trying! Finding the right medication can be an extremely long and arduous process, but if you work closely with your physician/psychiatrist you will find the right balance for you. Bear in mind that new drugs are being released into the market everyday and research is ongoing. There is hope, just don't give up! I recommend keeping a journal of the medications you take, how long you were on them, how you felt and any side effects of the drug. Share this list with your doctor to help him/her rule out some things that might be very similar or possibly try some combinations of drugs. Having psychotherapy in combination with your drug treatments would likely be extremely helpful as well. A great deal can be overcome just by learning how to think about things differently and what actions you can take (such as diet and exercise) to impove your overall feeling of wellness. Good luck!

Effexor also, but Pristiq is the "upgraded" version of Effexor already (as Lexapro is the "upgraded" version of Celexa). Only a doctor can determine which is the best alternative for you.
