Remove existing belt by applying pressure to the tensioner (pully) while sliding the belt off of another pully (AC compressor at top is easily accessible). The belt should be loose enough that hand pressure will suffice to remove the existing belt.
After belt is removed, replace with new belt using the belt diagram displayed on top of the fan. You will need to apply pressure to the tensioner in order to allow the belt to fit over top of the AC compressor. Once belt is in place, remove pressure from tensioner. I was able to perform a belt replacement on my 02 liberty by hand (no tools to apply pressure to tensioner).
