Luke 19:10 “For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.”
Jesus Christ came to save those who were lost. He gives wholeness to those in spiritual need, to those who hear the word and believe it.
I'm not sure about your question, but Jesus promised not to leave his apostles, but would remain as the holy spirit with them.
Jesus Promised Me a Home Over There was created in 2008.
They became convinced that Jesus was the Messiah, who the prophets of old had promised would come.
Jesus Christ is the Promised One. You can learn about his life in the New Testament of the Bible.Though he was present and prophesied about throughout the Old Testament. He is known as the Promised One because the Israelites, or the Jewish nation, were in captivity/slavery for the majority of their history. They prayed and waited for a deliverer to come and they believed the Messiah, or the one God promised he would send to free them, was coming soon. Jesus is the one God promised he would send, not only to save the Jews but all of mankind. Though Jesus was not what the Jewish people expected him to be, he came some 2000 years ago just as promised and made away for all men to be saved.
THE NAME OF THE SAVIOR , WHO WOULD RESTORE THE KINGDOM OF THE JEWS IS jESUS.
Jesus.
There are many things, mostly spiritual, that Jesus promised his disciples, but I suppose the greatest thing was the baptisim of the Holy Ghost, (Acts 1.4,5)
JESUS was the messiah that was promised in the old testament. He was the fulfillment of old testament prophecy.
Jesus promised his disciples that he would be with them to the end of the world and that our fellowship would be ever with him. So if he is always with us and we with him, as believers, we are able to walk and talk with hm in the spirit.
Not much, the Disciples probably would have kept hiding in fear and the world would have probably ended up forgetting about Jesus of Nazareth
He promised nothing at all like that."Be on the alert then, for you do not know the day nor the hour.
