The Lord's supper can be taken by anyone who believes that Jesus Christ Died for their sins and have accepted Him as their Lord and Savior. Taking the Lord's supper is for believers in remembrance of Christs sacrifice so that we could be forgiven of our sins.
The subject of the last supper was about what was going to happen to Jesus and what was going to happen after his physical death. Also He was preparing his disciples to become leaders of the church kingdom to come.
Jesus met his twelve disciples for the last supper.
Jesus did with his apostles at the last supper.
It is a generally accepted fact that Jesus ate passover supper with his disciples.

Jesus was at the last supper, I think Judas sat next to him, as Jesus said the betrayer is dipping in the same bowl.
A comparison of John 13:21-30 with Matthew 26:20-29 shows that Judas must have left the room before Jesus instituted the Lord's Supper. This is logical, as Jesus would hardly have made a 'covenant for a kingdom' with his betrayer. (Luke 22:29)
Passover existed before the Last Supper, so Jesus did not institute it at the Last Supper. He was celebrating the Passover and instituted the Eucharist at the Last Supper.
The apostles and Jesus were at the Last Supper of Jesus. When Jesus was on the cross, Jesus' mother Mary, the apostle John, and a few other women were there.
