not really since its usually not made with a well thought out purchase...what they sell on tv they urge you to buy as a good price / rare/ or good value etc... but in reality the quality is not there and usually people are sold on the value or scare-ness that the sellers provoke.How can something be of high quality when they sell it in such high quantities and maintain that price... logic says when the deal seems to good to be true its not. And you don't get to see and hold what you are buying in hand.. And jewelry is about wearing and is very personal.. I'd say go to a jewelry district in a downtown area and shop around.
