A 15 year old could work as an aid to an older person living in their home who need a little help, even overnight in the home if parents give permission. They would have to be paid privately, from the older person or their family. Nursing involves caring for people who are ill and need nursing care. Some of these things, like insulin injections, could be done by an IHSS worker who has been specially trained to do these tasks but IHSS workers must be adults. Families can do nursing tasks for their own family members, with special training.
