Johnson's baby powder with aloe vera and corn starch I love eating it not inhaling it. I crave it before I get my period but I can't stop eating it. Please help me?

Usually when someone craves a food, or something odd it is because their body is deficient in a certain mineral or Vitamin-

I knew a pregnant woman who ate 8 grapefruits in one day and later discovered her body had a hard time absorbing Vitamin C.

Answerokay that is seriously disgusting.... just quit eating it, that stuff is soooo bad for you! replace it with something else like chocolate or corn flakes or something that is actually FOOD AnswerMaybe you should try eating regular corn starch. Maybe that's what you're craving - not that eating corn starch is healthy... but at least it's not baby powder? From there, try just to eat things like unleavened breads or maybe motzah ball soup - things with starch and a similar texture - tofu? Try anything you can because there's no real way of telling what damage you do to your body when you eat that stuff.... That poster above me, btw, was totally mean about their answer.

*** This has a potential serious cause. You need to go to your Dr. as soon as you can schedule an appt. and MAKE sure you tell them about this uncontrollable craving. Don't let them brush it off, or tell you to stop, if you could you would have. This can be a signal of an iron or zinc deficiency, especially happening just before your period. You could be anemic, and your Dr. can treat that, but don't leave it at that, find out why you are anemic. There has been a link found between the desire for cornstarch and other peculiar substances, anemia, and cancer. So, make sure that your Dr. explores all the possibilities. Don't be embarrassed and not talk to the people who can help find out what is driving the craving.****
