It could be a number of things. Run it until it quits and check to see if you're getting any spark out of your spark plugs. If not it could be the stator under the flywheel cutting out when it gets to operating temp. Or the power pack could be going out when it gets warm. If you are getting spark, it's fuel related. Make sure your fuel pump is pumping and that you still have plenty of compression when it's warm.
