if you start at 15 then you start on around $6 or $6.50 depending on the award you get hired on. When you have finished the 6 week training period it goes up 50c and every year goes up by a dollar or so i started at 14 so i got around $6.50 at first then it went up to $7 after 6 weeks. im 16 now and i get 10.17 id get more but im on a traineeship for management so i got put to part time instead of casual,casuals obviously get more because they dont get holiday loading etc.Im also a crew trainer so i get like 50c more....pretty lousy but it does all add up if you do a few shifts a week,if this doesnt help you email me amycollin@hiptop.com.au
