1.5 Bar is a bit low.
Lacking specific info about tyre size, age of vehicle, engine size ect, I would recommend 2 bar, (30 PSI) all round, and that you check with a local Vauxhall/tyre specialist to get the correct pressure as soon as possible.
Incorrect tyre pressure can increase tyre wear & fuel consumption and also adversely effect handling & braking efficiency (IE SAFETY) so it's important to get them right.
read it off the tire (it's printed on the side). Some tires are higher pressure tires. The proper pressure for you vehicle's tires will be listed on the label on the driver side door jamb.

30 psi all round.
There is a sticker in the car right where the driver's side door meets the frame which shows the proper tire pressure for your tires. For this year, make, and model with these tires, the correct pressure should be 41psi while the tires are cold.

I do oil changes and to make sure all tires are the the right pressure, if tires arent right pressure you lose gas mileage and regular oil changes and rad flushes.
Once they are mounted on the vehicle and aired up to the correct pressure, yes they should be round. If not, the tire is defective and must be replaced.
The light usually comes of when the pressure is right and equal in all tires
