usually the bad hub sometime triggeres the abs light. I had the same issue when the dealer replaced a hub . it ended up shutting off when i started to drive. make sure the abs cables are connected on both sides. and one other thing is the other hub bad? that can cause the same problem. good luck.
Your front rotors are probably shot, they have a sensor in them that controls the traction light. I just had mine replaced on my 2002 because the traction light would come on for no reason, just sitting at a stop light and pulling out, backing up. Does not do it now since I had them replaced!
The abs light stays on when a malfunction has been detected. You need to have the system checked for codes with a scan tool.
You probably have a light burned out. It just needs to be replaced. Turn your signal on and check front and back...One will be on, but not blinking. The other will not be on, It is the one that needs to be replaced.
28", I just replaced mine
just peplace front brake pad and new sensors on my s550 mercede but the sensor light is still on how do i get it to go off
On my 2002 Nissan Xterra I had to remove 4 screws from the front bumper and wheel well and then I was able to get to the back side of the side marker light and remove the nut in order to get to the light bulb. i don't need to change just the bulb. The entire light assembly must be replaced. The reflector is broken. i cannot get wires to release.
An occulded front causes precipitation or just a light rain.
did you check the alternator??
I watched a side light (parking light) being replaced. The bulb holder is just pulled out from it's housing, the bulb replaced, and the unit pushed back into place. It is reached from inside the bonnet.
Easy, just put a object (which is opage) in front of the light source .
Just pop the cover that goes to the dash off and unsrew all of the screws holding it in place... the i think your refurring to the guage lights... they will come out about 3-4 inches... just reach in till you can feel the light that needs replaced... it simply just twist out with like a quarter turn and replace with the new light.
If the motor is rebuilt I think that maybe a sensor wasnt connected
Go to advance auto or Auto Zone and have them clear the computer code.
There may be an electrial shortage within the socket light or it may just need to be replaced.
they are rivited so when i replaced them i just used a drill bit to drill them out.
No, the entire assembly needs to be replaced.
For the front right, you just have to take out the glove box which is just unscrewing a series of screws. This will allow you to see the speaker and unscrew from below. I'm lost on the front left. I've replaced the rear and front right in my 1981, and am stuck on the front left.
yes because the moon just gets in front if the sun predoces light
check engine light reset on a 1999 acura cl 3.0.. Just replaced the egr valve. Thx
You still have air in the back brake lines or they are not adjusted properly which is making the front brakes take the full load
Hey Oscar- this happened to me too, I replaced the oil sending unit on the bottom of the engine just behind the passenger front wheel but behind the engine. This will fix it.
A light is on or a relay is stuck pulling power from the battery.
just pull it out
If there is just one light out, the bulb probably burnt out and needs to be replaced. A single bulb will not have a fuse.
i think its just a concentrated beam of light
