That would have to include corporate executives, State, City and County officials, Statee Agency heads, law enforcement, Collegiate heads, Union Executives and every eligible voter in tne State because they and they alone are responsible for rgw health and welfare of the citizens of the Commonwealth.

Pennsylvania is called "The Key Stone State" because during the time of the 13 colonies Pennsylvania brought the colonies together. Which brought the sates together if it wasn't for Pennsylvania the would be NO United States instead there would be 50 different countries.So just like in a bridge a key stone keeps the bridge from collapsing and bringsthe rocks together, Pennsylvania did the same for the colonies.
