Well, Korean peninsula was divided in to two parts. At the early stage, people would have thought Korea was better before the war. But now, only north Koreans would think Korea was better before the war. But most of the elder Koreans that have the families in the other part of Korea, so it is basically half and half. To look at the family part, Korea was better before the war, but in technology part, south Korean think it is better after the war.
