There is no one area of the brain involved in processing language, and knowledge of all areas of the brain involved in processing language and communication are still growing and developing. Below is a partial compilation of the currently known (accepted) areas of the brain involved in the processing of communication and language.
Keep in mind that language is one of the biggest endeavors of all humans. It is a whole body experience. It involves all avenues of communication, all six senses: sound and sight obviously are primary among these, but feeling (emotive) and touch (tactile), and even smell and touch can become involved. As far as the parts of the brain that are involved in processing language, so far as we know to date, these are listed below:
Again, this is not a comprehensive list. Other areas of the brain are involved in the development, processing, and modulation of speech, language, and communication.
Wernicke's area, located on the left side of the brain for most right-handed people, towards the rear, is most closely associated with language learning. Broca's area, on the same side but closer to the front, is most closely associated with language production, that is, speaking and writing.
cerebrum
Rational
The Cerebrum.
The cerebrum is the thinking part of the brain and it controls your voluntary muscles.
The motor cortex, located in the cerebral cortex.
temporal lobe
Rational
The rational brain is associated mostly with logical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical processing. It is responsible for higher cognitive functions such as planning, organization, and reasoning.
The occipital lobe is the part of brain associated with sight.
The Cerebrum.
medula
The cerebrum is the thinking part of the brain and it controls your voluntary muscles.
no, ego is bad, while your conscience is good. in fact, ego is actually not an actual part of the brain. ego is associated with the part of your brain that controls feelings.
The face is the body part that is associated with the greatest amount of brain tissue in the motor cortex. The motor cortex is the part of the brain that does the controlling and execution of movements.
The motor cortex, located in the cerebral cortex.
Language is associated with Broca's Area, a part of the pars triangularis and pars opercularis of the inferior frontal gyrus.
The Temporal Lobe is the part of the brain that is associated with perception and recognition of auditory stimuli, memory, and speech
The part of the human skeleton that products your brain is your skull.
