Last week while I was surfing net I came across IPS panel claiming to best in term of wider vewing angle. So how far it is true about it?

What you probably came across was part of a spam campaign promoting LG with gushing praise for a raft of LG features. IPS LCD panels are one of the features that have been heavily promoted in the guise of user opinions and reviews. Sadly, it makes all positive comments about LG utterly worthless as it is hard to tell the honest reviews from the spam.
Your best best is to see a range of brands and decide for yourself which is the best television for you. Always remember, your eyes son't spam you.
