Ex Post Facto Laws. laws that are created after the fact and then enforced..... it be like if back in 1997 i stole some shoes, but in 1997 the law said stealing shoes was ok. then in 1999 they change the law to stealing anything is illegal and then try to prosecute me for the theft in 97 even though it was legal during that year.. The United states constitution does not permit Ex Post Facto Laws to be passed.

How were Inca laws enforced?

Inca laws were enforced through a system of officials known as "tukuy rikuy" who would carry out inspections, investigations, and administer justice. Punishments for breaking laws ranged from fines and community service to more severe penalties such as exile or death. Inca laws were strictly enforced to maintain order and uphold the stability of the empire.

What are laws if you were arrested in nv and vehicle impounded?

Laws are rules enforced by the government. I know that's not what you're trying to ask, but you need to be more specific. There are a LOT of laws covering that situation. Please ask about the specific ones you're concerned with.

How can you make the fundamental rights of the people of India stronger?

You have to advocate for better laws, and more difficult but just as crucial you have to work to educate the population about the laws and their importance. The most perfect laws on earth mean nothing if the people do not know them or if they are not or cannot be enforced.

What was the role of the colonial governor in Colonial America?

What is the role of England's monarch today?

I believe the role is the same as it has been for many years. The current ruler decides when to participate and/or go to war. They also act similar to the President of the United States in relation to passing laws. They come up with laws (not many new are needed today) and they get the laws passed and enforced. I do not know whether or not the English throne is a successive throne or not. I know it was, but today the people might elect the monarchs themselves.

Can a citizen disobey the low of the country?

One has the 'rights' to do almost anything. Breaking the law (knowingly) is a little different than breaking a law someone might not know. For example, it is illegal for someone to 'knowingly' park a car and block a cop. But, maybe you didn't see the car... Many laws are challenged everyday. There's a reason we have trials and a judicial system. Most of the time, laws are enforced, but there are certain cases of laws overturned, laws being amended, etc.
