Possible, but more likely a leaking oil filter or valve cover
You have not said what engine you have, but if you have the 3.0L V6 (made for Chrysler by Mitsubishi), the most like problems are (1) vavle cover gaskets leaking, (2) camshaft seals leaking at the "front" of the engine (facing the passenger side), (3) camshaft seal caps (at the end of the valve covers facing the passenger side), and (4) a loose (or wrong application) oil filter. The oil pan gasket could be leaking too, but not as likely as the top side. You could use thicker oil (such as straight 30 weight oil)!
It depends on you size of your engine, if its on like the left side of a 4 cylinder it could be the timing chain housing gasket or bolts loose or damaged, or in the front or back on the V6 it could be the Valve cover gasket or bolts loose or damaged
You could have a loose or leaking freeze plug.
The AT oil cooler is in the bottom tank of the radiator. If you are seeing oil leaking from one of the lines from and to the transmission connection could be loose.
Your turn signal probably is not flashing because the turn signal lightbulb is burnt out. You could also have a loose wire on the turn signal.
under passenger seat in right rear. loose nut from front side to remove.
The oil filter is in that area behind the air cleaner box, it could be leaking around it's gasket or loose. The oil cooler lines and lines leading to the engine could be leaking too, they are sealed by o-rings which you can get at an auto parts store as an oil cooler repair kit.
red fluid is usually transmission fluid. maybe you knocked something loose?

To fix a leaking sink, first turn off the water supply. Then, identify the source of the leak, which could be a loose connection or a worn-out washer. Tighten any loose connections or replace the washer if needed. If the leak persists, consider calling a plumber for further assistance.
That sounds like a broken or loose strut assembly.
tighten up the hose you think it is and see if it still leaks if it does still leak then its either a cracked hose or crack in your radiator
