In the southeastern seas, there is an island Surrounded by ice. You will have to blast away all of the ice using the ships cannons. Then you must talk to the chief of the island. He will tell you to find the intruder in the houses. Follow the clues of the residents until you find the intruder. You will then have acess to the areas to the east.
