Let you Know the UGC Approved date of Kalinga university of Distance Education?

UGC is nothing to do with Distance Education. UGC has recognized the university from the date of statute enacted by the Chattishgarh STate Government. The certificates award by its through regular study is valid till the supreme court Judgement. Of course again it started functioning from later date it is another story. But in so far as the Distance Education of any university recognized by UGC is not used for getting employment till the course offered by that university recognized by the Distance Education Counsel (IGNOU). Please check with IGNOU whether such recognition is there are not. To my knowledge,(may be wrong) till 2007 no university in India has obtained permission from DEC. DEC has issued guidelines and all the universities has started getting recognition from 2008-09 onwards.
