It's most likely that you got: Error 1068 "The dependency service or group failed to start" related to your print spooler. This problem was actually answered elsewhere in FaqFarm, click the link to the right --->
You need to check the firewall service, it must be running.

Click Start, Run and type the following: CMD /K SC CONFIG SPOOLER DEPEND= RPCSS Alternately, to accomplish this using Registry Editor: Click Start, Run and type Regedit.exe Navigate to the following branch HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Spooler In the right-pane, double-click the DependOnService value Delete the existing data, and then type RPCSS Close Regedit.exe

Once again you do Windows update.i think your problem will be resolved.

Actually, I am answering my own question. I contacted Epson, they discovered it was the Print spooler that was not configured. I then called Dell back and explained to the tech help about the print spooler. They re-configured the spooler.....and now it works fine. Perhaps this will help someone else when such a problem arises. CHECK THE PRINT SPOOLER.

There was no direct link from Napa Gold 1068 to MotorCraft, so i checked ACDelco, and they did have a cross reference. Napa 1068 is an ACDelco PF13, and that happens to be an FL-300. Hope that helps!
