TEXAS LICENSE PLATE CRP8970 BELONGS TO
What's the question??? Georgia has one plate to be displayed on the rear of the vehicle.
In 1952, the designation or code letter on a Georgia license plate for a pickup truck was A/p.
Each state has several license plates that residents can choose from.
Not if the car belongs to you. The license plate isn't sold with the car. You take it off before you sell it.
If you would like to find the owner of a car that a license plate belongs to you would need to contact law enforcement. If you could do that for someone then they could do it for you and would you want someone accessing your personal information with just your license plate number? Only law enforcement and the DMV have access to those files.
