Create a new play-list called Audio Books add all of the ones you want on to the Play-list. Go to Devices choose your specified device. Click Sync. It looks like it hasn't done anything but go on to your chosen device. Click Play-list in Music and Click Audio-books and they should all be there. This worked with My 1st Generation ipod but can work with other devices hopefully. Sorry if it doesn't work on your chosen device :-)
