There are a few ways of doing this.
First type in the text that you want to act as the linking text, in other words the text that you want to be able to click on to go to your linked location. Put the cursor on that cell. Now, you can do any of 3 things.
Click on the Hyperlink icon, (the one with a globe and a chain link in front of it)
or
Go to the Insert menu and click on Hyperlink
or
Press and hold the CTRL key and press K.
Whichever you do, now a dialog box will appear. Near the top you will see a text box with your selected text in it. Below that is an empty text box where you can type in the address you want to go to. That can be a website a file or a location in your spreadsheet. To do that, click Bookmark. When you have chosen what you want, just click OK and it will be done for you.
