I assume you are seeking current leaders. That would mean presidents and prime ministers. Some countries have a king or a queen, but that person is usually ceremonial these days: it's usually the country's president or prime minister who makes the rules. Since leaders change very quickly, let me start you off with these: As of August 2012, the American president is Barack Obama; the Canadian prime minister is Stephen Harper; prime minister of England is David Cameron; and the president of France is François Hollande. For other leaders, do a search for the president (or prime minister) and the name of the country.
Nobody knows as the future has yet to come.
Nobody.And don't misuse this website.
In some countries, like the United Kingdom, the main political authority is called "prime minister" (the equivalent in many other countries would be the "president"). In Harry Potter, minister can refer to: (1) The prime minister of the muggles, i.e., of Great Britain (not associated to any specific real prime minister). (2) But usually, it refers to a "minister of magic", a ficticious authority of the magical world (head of the Ministry of Magic). In Harry Potter, the magical community in Great Britain has a minister (and a Ministry) of magic, so do the magical communities in other countries.
Franklin Roosevelt was the US President when the US entered the war. Lord Chamberlain was the Prime Minister of England at the beginning of World War 2. He resigned and Winston Churchill became the Prime Minister after him.
No one. There is not a post of Prime Minister of the world.

Ask the question"Who is the Prime Minister of Canada?""Who is the Prime Minister of India?"using the name of the country you are looking for.If you mean the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom - it's David Cameron. If you mean who is the current Prime Minister of Canada... that would be the Right Honourable Stephen Harper. However, there are several countries around the world how have a head of government called a Prime Minister (ex: United Kingdom). There are more still that have a head of state by the same name (ex: Russia).
