check the fuel pressure at the rail, if over spec look for fuel while cranking from injectors in throttle body if still low pressure change the fuel filter and check the regulator by disconnecting the vaccum line and cranking then check ignition system for proper spark

You have a broken cable in the window regulator. You will need a new window regulator assembly.
